After 5+ years as a Personal Trainer, servicing clients across New Zealand, I won’t work with just anyone — and that’s a good thing.
The first step is analysing your current level of fitness. This gives us clarity on where you’re at physically, what limitations or strengths we’re working with, and what needs attention first.
Next, we get clear on exactly what you’d like to achieve — whether that’s dropping body fat, improving strength numbers, rebuilding confidence, or preparing for competition — and I’ll let you know honestly if it’s something I can help you achieve.
If we’re a good fit, we build the game plan and get to work.
What You’ll Do Before the Call
You’ll complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can fully understand your physical history, past injuries, current training level, and lifestyle habits. This gives us a solid baseline to work from and ensures everything we do is safe, smart, and results-driven.
What Happens During the Call
We’ll dig deep into what you’ve tried before, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and most importantly what your future fitness goals look like.
From there, we map out a clear, structured game plan — whether that’s a sustainable fat loss phase, strength progression system, or athletic performance program — so you leave knowing exactly what your next steps are.

Once we’re crystal clear on the strategy, I’ll walk you through exactly how I work with clients. This includes all program offerings, coaching structure, accountability systems, and investment options.
